You forgot antasma from dream team, fawful (endgame) from superstar saga, and dark fawful from bowsers inside story Also, for the elder shrooboid, why is he so low? You went on and on about how you love the concept of the shroob commander, but look at elder shrooboid. Its a double callback, both to the tutorial boss when the green shrooboid comes back in time in the time machine, and the death ship that defeats the adult bros at the start of the game. I think the concept of a tutorial enemy having a much stronger variant that turns out to be a major boss is a great concept, and the turn counter that you have to keep updating with your counter attacks help keep the fight on edge. You even said how the timers for the koopalings in superstar saga was good

interesting to see a list from a person who likes tricks as much as i love drifts. perhaps that's why our placements of excitebike and neo bowser city are pretty much reversed, since excitebike is a trick-heavy track that has not many drift opportunities because two turns (why i consider it to be extremly boring and imo my least favorite, but i respect your thoughts on it) while neo bowser city (one of my favorite tracks) is a drift-heavy track that doesn't really have as much obstacles and trick opportunities also i can respect someone putting most of the city tracks, all really fun to play due to changing laps, top half instead of bottom half, regardless of our opinions on whether london is a good city track or not

Mario Party 6 has a lot of really good minigames. I'd say the games from 60 and up would be at least good. Speak Up can only be played with 2 or more players. If it was going to be ranked I would say around the 20s. This is definitely my favorite Mario Party game of all time!
